Designed for brokers who want to gain a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Standard supported by the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications. We're working together with Davies Learning Solutions. Alongside help with funding, we give your member of staff full access to training materials and courses on the Aviva Development Zone plus six complimentary workshops to help support their development. We can help with recruitment advice too.

Customer service skills

Designed for administrators, new starters and new account handlers who want to build excellent customer relationships. This programme focuses on the skills and knowledge required to deliver an excellent customer experience and how to demonstrate effective, professional telephone communication.

Account handler skills

Designed for new starters or executives who are looking to organise and influence effectively. This programme focuses on the skills and knowledge required to manage your workload, influence others and make sure you're delivering everytime for your customers.

Management development programme

Designed for team leaders and people managers who are wanting to get the best from their colleagues. This programme focuses on key skills such as giving feedback, coaching, managing change and workloads.

Time - 42 hours (6 x 7 hour workshops)

Sales development programme

Designed for both new and experienced account handlers looking to increase their skills and abilities in winning new business. The programme focuses on skills for prospecting for new business from scratch through to finally placing the business.

Time - 21 hours (3 x 7 hour workshops)

Future leader programme

For those people looking to move to board room level or that have been identified as the next future leader of your business, our Future Leader Programme could help you take the next step. This two-year course is created by experts to develop talent within your brokerage. It's just part of our commitment to partnering independent brokers' future success.
