Account disabled

We’re committed to keeping both our businesses secure and in order to do this we continually review who has access to our website. If your account has been disabled it could be for a number of reasons:

  • accounts can be disabled if we’re advised they are no longer required or if there’s no response to the access review
  • if an Aviva Broker account hasn’t been logged into in 90 days the account is automatically disabled.
