Our Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS) division is focussed on building the right solutions for large corporate clients and their brokers, working together to provide a tailor-made package that meets their requirements in the UK and across the globe.

Designed for clients with either a turnover of over £100 million (regardless of premium size), or a total insurance spend across all lines in excess of £250,000 premium, we take a unique specialist approach in a traditional market; industry-focused, with an emphasis on close client relationships, a unique service proposition and leveraging our distribution advantages.

  • Knowing your client’s business inside out and fully understanding their requirements from the outset

  • The procedures and steps we’ll take if a loss occurs

For lower value or lower complexity claims, our dedicated COE claims teams provide a flexible, bespoke claims management service from notification through to settlement. Core service deliverables include:

  • Providing a flexible approach, combining efficient management of costs in processing all claims with high-end expertise
  • Allocating experienced, UK-based claims handlers who will own each incident from start to finish
  • Ensuring effective communication and diary management to reduce claims’ life cycles

  • Working with the Claims Service Manager to ensure accurate, timely and complete claims information, in line with agreed specifications.

  • A dedicated GCS claims guardian available 24/7, with all contact points and escalation procedures clearly set out

  • Claims expertise to be made available before a claim happens to resolve cover questions ahead of time.
