  6. Reminder – Consumer credit and insolvent/bankrupt customers

    We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that customers who are insolvent / bankrupt, and qualify as consumers under Consumer Credit Act regulations, must not be set up on Aviva credit. The only exception to this rule is if your client’s specific circumstances have been discussed with an Aviva Underwriter and they have agreed to offer a credit option.   7. You can now search by policy or quote number on Fast Trade

    Following your feedback we have made changes to the way that you can search for customers on Fast Trade. Using the ‘Find Clients’ option, you can now locate your client records using a Policy or Quote Number search. When you select ‘Find Clients’ simply use the extended drop down under ‘Type’ which include the ‘Policy number’ and ‘Quote number’ search options. This is just one of a number of changes which we’re making to Fast Trade this year to make your online trading journey easier.

  8. Reminder - Insurance Premium Tax

    In conjunction with the November 2015 IPT increase, Aviva is using the concessionary period which means some premiums continue to rank for 6% IPT. This is a brief reminder that the concessionary period will end on the 29th February 2016, meaning that all premiums will be subject to 9.5% from the 1st March 2016.
