  10. Reminder – Consumer credit and insolvent/bankrupt customers

    We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that customers who are insolvent / bankrupt, and qualify as consumers under Consumer Credit Act regulations, must not be set up on Aviva credit. The only exception to this rule is if your client’s specific circumstances have been discussed with an Aviva Underwriter and they have agreed to offer a credit option.
