It’s all thanks to you…Sentiment Survey
Insurance Age carry out an independent survey with brokers twice a year. When we got the first set of results back in May, we were delighted to see that you’d voted us number 1 in all three commercial categories – Underwriting, Claims, and for our e-portal Fast Trade.
So you can imagine how thrilled we were to hear that you’ve done it again!
This is the result of a lot of hard work – it’s one thing to get to the top but it’s a different challenge altogether to stay there. We’ve been very open with you about our aspiration to be number 1 for brokers so to see you consistently voting for us shows that we must be doing some of the right things towards achieving that goal.
Our claims service is something we’re immensely proud of – it’s the time when we know you and your customers rely on us the most so we always strive to do the right thing, quickly and efficiently. Thank you for recognising that.
With regard to Fast Trade, its an award-winning system that now comes with a unique cross-sell and prospecting tool for you to take advantage of. Other systems are coming into the market trying to emulate Fast Trade therefore its very encouraging that we’re maintaining our leadership in this space.
Finally, we know that how you feel about us is determined by how you interact with our teams on a day-to-day basis. To have sales, trading and claims teams that are committed to delivering great service day in, day out, on each and every case and claim makes all the difference.
Rest assured that we never take our position for granted. “Never Rest” is one of our core values for a very good reason and we’re committed to keep getting better.
