Self-Serve Claims Experience on Fast Trade

Following broker feedback, we’re making some changes to improve the functionality of our Fast Trade online platform. You will see these enhancements implemented from the 28 October 2018.





What’s changing?

We will be adding an additional ‘Quick Actions’ tab which will allow you to request a claims experience for Minifleet electronically, without having to contact us. This new function will make it quicker and easier for you to request and receive a claims experience in three simple steps.

You will also see some improvements to the user experience with easier navigation to our existing functionalities, such as the processing for cancellations, mid-term adjustments and quotes.

We are simplifying the client policy page layout on our Minifleet product by adding some additional tabs on the right-hand side. This will make it easier for you to upload and receive your claims experience. The documents view will now be shown in split view, so you can see which documents are generated by us and which documents have been uploaded with the date and time displayed.

These changes are a part of our commitment to continuously improve our customer’s experience.
