Significant adverse weather conditions - our claims service
Heavy snow is affecting the UK, with Amber warnings in place for parts of Scotland, Northern England, the East Midlands, the East and South East of England and London. Due to the significant adverse weather conditions, we're currently experiencing very high volumes of calls to our claims teams. Our priority is to support customers who are in an emergency situation and need our help the most.
Due to the volume of calls we are getting today, we would like to encourage you to only call us with regards to emergency claims. For any new claims, you can email us on;
