Have you identified the future leader of your business?

We know from talking to many of you that this is a problem that a lot of brokers worry about. “When I’m ready to hang up my hat, will someone be ready to take over from me?”. With that in mind, we’re developing a new learning programme that will help these future leaders to get ready for that day when you want to step aside.

Our programme will be delivered over a 2 year period, covering the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to run a successful insurance brokers business. The programme will provide a blend of bi-monthly workshop events run by subject matter experts, on-line learning material and experience days. Each candidate will also be provided with access to industry expert mentors and coaches throughout the duration of the programme.

We’re recruiting now for our first cohort, to start in early 2018 and places are limited. Do you think you have the right candidate?
