Live Chat Enhancements - 4th April - Update

Today you will see a minor change to the look, feel and position of the Live Chat button, with the link appearing on the right-hand side of the screen on the Aviva Broker website. You will also notice a change to the routing options to allow a clearer more bespoke journey.

 

These changes are being made to improve the functionality of our Live Chat service that we bring to you.  The changes are being made over the weekend so you should not see any disruption to your usual service.
