Motor Claims Centre of Excellence update

In last month’s edition of The Loop, we told you about the claims migration of work that we’ve been doing. We recognise that some of the changes we’ve made may have caused delays for both you and your customers and we wanted to give you an update on what we’re doing to address this.

From early August we’re putting much more capacity into the motor system to handle both commercial and personal motor claims. This capacity will remain in the system until the service stabilises across our Motor Claims Centre of Excellence. 

We’ll keep monitoring the situation and acting on your feedback wherever we can. We're moving closer to the completion of this complex integration programme later this year, which will deliver the long-term benefits of combining the vast experience of our motor claims experts under one roof.
