Aviva tops Datamonitor survey on commercial lines broker service

At Aviva, we strive to be the best in everything we do. Which is why we’re absolutely thrilled you’ve voted us best in class in the Datamonitor Financial’s Commercial Broker Survey.

The survey asked 250 brokers which insurers offered the best service across 10 categories with Aviva taking the top spot for all of the following:

·         Electronic trading capacity

·         Extranet sites

·         Product material

·         Partnering on new schemes

·         LinkedIn

·         Service provided by the insurers’ relationship managers

·         Providing compliance and regulatory support

·         Online support

·         Claims service
