There’s been a 10% improvement in delivering decisions within your deadlines. This shows real progress has been made, but we’ll keep improving.

There have been loads of events and sessions in our branches and hubs, where we’ve opened our doors to you, such as events on AvivaPremier, Marketplace and Corporate and Speciality Risk across the country.

From lots of paperwork to online trading

FastTrade has been at the heart of our online proposition since 2009 and we now have over 15,000 users. We have the largest product range amongst insurer extranets and our iPadFast Trade app, which launched in January, was the first of its type to hit the UK general insurance market. There’s been over 500 downloads of the App and as one broker on Twitter put it; “I must say, Aviva UK have pulled a blinder with their ipad fast trade app. Pretty impressed”.

So, as you can see, we’ve made progress but we’re not stopping there. We’ll continue evolving based on your needs to make sure we become your Number 1.
