You’ve told us you want more Commercial Property claims authorised on day one. And we’ve listened.

Nick Rutter is one of five in-house surveyors who have been recruited to help make our claims process more efficient. Armed with valuable expertise and a host of professional qualifications, they’ve been able to help us significantly increase our ability to validate claims in-house and also up-skill our claims handlers. Nick and the team, based in Southend, have already noticed a difference:
