We aspire to be number 1 for brokers overall and for claims. In order for us to deliver the very best to you and your clients we’ve recently undertaken a review of our property Loss Adjuster service across the UK.
Brokers have told us that we need to work with more Loss Adjusters in order for the service to be flexible and responsive.
We’ve listened to which Loss Adjusters you’d like to work with and been through a rigorous assessment process to ensure we’re working with the most appropriate Loss Adjusters in our market.
What do these changes mean?
Based on your feedback, we’re making some changes; giving you more access to more specialist property Loss Adjusters than ever before. Therefore, we’re expanding and changing our property Loss Adjuster panel as attached.
We believe we've introduced flexibility and choice onto the panel with the right skill sets and strengths which should bring both financial and customer service benefits. We'll be working closely with the new panel to ensure we continue to listen to your needs and feedback and continue to be flexible in our approach.
The new panel will be ready to receive your claims from August 1st 2013. To appoint one of the new Loss Adjusters, please contact your Aviva business development manager or claims representative.
