Tackling Minifleet fraud

 

 

Fraud is an important issue within our industry and we’re committed to continue to invest in our fraud prevention and detection capabilities. So, we’re making our Fast Trade system more robust to help identify potential fraudulent activity and fight fraud for our customers.

Once you’ve placed a Minifleet policy on Fast Trade, we’ll run some fraud checks. If anything significant is revealed, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible and continue to investigate the policy.

Please continue to be vigilant for fraud and alert us to any of your concerns but this change to Minifleet won’t introduce any additional work for. If your case does refer, due to either a fraud or underwriting referral we’ll aim to get back to you within the hour.

Our Minifleet fraud detection will be implemented on any new business, mid-term changes and renewals from mid-February.

At Aviva, we’re committed to fighting fraud and working with you to improve fraud prevention and closing the front door to fraudulent risks. We’ll continue to evolve and develop our fraud detection processes and we’ll let you know of any further developments in the future.
