Do I need to collect any money from my customer when setting up an Aviva Response policy?

All customer payments are taken and managed by Homeserve. Upon completing the sale, you will be able to enter the customer's bank details. All payments are by monthly Direct Debit only. You do not need to collect any money from your customer.
