How do my customers claim against their Aviva Response policy?
To make a claim, your customer will need to call 0345 030 7310. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
For our joint protection, telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
Note: If you suspect a gas leak, please call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.
The excess on an Aviva Response claim is £50.
If we need to replace the boiler and it is aged 7 years or over, a contribution of £500 will be required towards its replacement. This amount is in addition to the £50 excess applicable to the claim.
