How do I process mid-term adjustments on an Aviva Response policy?
To make any changes to an Aviva Response policy including moving address, please call us on 0345 303 7933.
If your customer is in the process of moving home (or they've already moved), please call us. We will check whether Aviva Response cover is right for their new home before it is transferred to their new address. If it is not suitable, we can help you cancel the policy.
