Why can’t I trace a policy/find any transactions despite keying in the correct policy number?
Aviva Broker Collections will not accept policy numbers with incorrect spaces in. Please ensure you key in the policy omitting any spaces e.g. key '12345678xxx' do not key '12345678 xxx'
If the policy number is still not recognised it may mean the transaction is not yet in our system.
Payment for Aviva Credit can now only be processed after the New Business or Renewal has reached Aviva's accounts system from your EDI Software House.
You can still process a card payment without the transaction being on the system.
New Business this will be 1-4 days after you have incepted the policy on your system.
Renewals this will be 1-4 days after the Renewal effective date.
