My commission is not what I expect it to be?

Where you have experienced regular issues with incorrect commission rates on your statement, please refer direct to your Aviva business development manager. Commission rates are set by the agency /product type and collections handlers at Aviva have no control or authorisation to amend commission rates.

Where a retrospective agency /product commission rate revision has been agreed, there may be a delay in your agency table being amended to reflect this. It then can take up to 10 weeks for the commission change to be reflected on your statement. In this instance please use the 'Pay Different' option.
