Why is the 'Pay' option greyed out?
If the 'Pay' option is greyed out, please check whether you have an outstanding query. You will need to resolve the query before you are able to pay in full or pay different.
If you have resolved the query and you are still unable to select the transaction to 'Pay', please contact your Credit Controller.
