How do we provide an additional user access to our accounts on Aviva Broker Collections?
Each individual user will need to have an active account on Aviva Broker and request access to Aviva Broker Collections via "Update Profile", once registration has been completed and approved you will receive email notification confirming account activation. If a user does not yet have an account on Aviva Broker, they will need to register on the Aviva Broker homepage and ensure they select Aviva Broker Collections access during registration.
