I have received an error message after setting up my payment on e-Collections and I am unsure whether the payment gone through or whether I need to set it up again?
When payments are set up on e-Collections they are automatically received by the Collections team. To ensure the payment has been received please contact the Customer Accounts team. If the policy number begins with CMO,CTC,AGR or CPO please call 0345 300 7637 or if the policy number begins with FLW,RPI, SSP,SEP or MFI please call 08000 685438. Please contact the Aviva Broker Online Support Team on 0800 158 2224 if problems persist. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
