How do I add medical conditions to an e-services Travel quote?

When you add the Insured and each subsequent traveller, you'll automatically be asked whether the individual has any medical conditions. If you select the check box to confirm they do, then a blue 'Add medical condition' option will appear next to their name on the traveller summary screen.

Select 'Add' to go to the medical screening pages, where you need to enter the first three letters of the medical condition and select 'Search'. You may be required to answer questions about the medication taken or nature of the client's condition. Once you've completed the screening details, you'll be directed back to the summary screen, where you'll see a blue 'Underwrite Medical Conditions' option. Select this to see whether the condition or conditions you've entered have been accepted or excluded.
