When completing a Your House or Home Plus e-services quotation, why can't I see an option to get a 'Quote'?
The blue 'Quote' option can be found at the bottom of the Quote screen, usually beneath the 'Property Details' or the 'Policy Summary'. If this link isn't shown, it could mean that there aren't enough details yet to underwrite the proposed risk. One common thing to look out for is to make sure that you've entered the risk address under 'Property Details', as well as under the 'Proposer Details' section as we never assume that the correspondence address is the same as the risk address. If you still can't see the 'Quote' option, please call the Aviva Broker Online Support team on 0800 158 2224. All calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
