Helping you get through to the right contact first time
From Monday 8th June, you'll notice a difference in the way your Household Claims calls are handled. To make sure that you get through to the right person, first time, we've made changes to our Commercial Property Claims telephony routing system. When you phone us, you'll now hear some options for you to select to make sure you're transferred through to the right team.
So whenever you need to call us to talk to your team handling the claim (whether that's Aviva or one of our suppliers), you can rest assured your call will be transferred through to the right person.
And it also means that our handlers are getting the right calls to progress claims swiftly.
To help you get the best service, just make sure you've got the details to hand of who's managing the claim.
And our First Notification of Loss handler will also provide you with the direct contact details during the initial phone call when you notify us of the claim.
