We’ve made some amendments to the Premier Bike and Your Van products to provide an enhanced service to your customers and encourage them to contact us early in the event of an accident.
New prominent messages now appear within our policy wordings and we have also introduced a claims card (which will replace the existing claims leaflet found on the inside cover of the policy wording).
Uninsured driver promise
If your customer is hit by an uninsured driver and it wasn’t their fault their no claims discount won’t be lost – and they may be able to recover the cost of any excess they’ve had to pay. They’ll need to provide the driver’s details together with the vehicle’s registration and its make and model. This promise is now in place and applies to new business and renewals.
