We'll consider a range of portfolios, as mentioned in the Overview above. Please bear in mind that:
- Portfolios of up to ten residential properties may be better suited to our Residential Property Owners product.
- Portfolios with properties occupied for office, retail, residential and light industrial use are desirable, as are those with a good standard of in-house security and Risk Management Solutions.
- Properties that are unoccupied or tenanted by certain occupants will be treated with caution.
